Access & Rules
The event is open to all valid SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL ticket holders.
● Gates at Arena Sofia open at 5:00 PM. Please plan your arrival in advance to ensure smooth access.
● For security reasons, re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the festival area, you will not be allowed to enter again.
● Single-entry policy: You may enter the festival at any time during the day, but once you exit, re-entry will not be possible. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering the venue.
● Late entry: Entry is permitted after the official start of performances. However, to fully enjoy the festival experience, we recommend arriving early.
● The use or entry of professional recording equipment of any kind, including GoPro cameras, is strictly prohibited. Any device with interchangeable lenses is considered professional equipment.
● Drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on the event premises.
● Your ticket grants access to the festival area and will be scanned upon entry.
● Please keep your ticket with you at all times until you leave the festival permanently. Security staff may request verification during the event.
● One-day ticket holders are entitled to one-time entry only. Re-entry is not permitted once the ticket has been scanned.
● Tickets are not issued in individual names. The person presenting the ticket at the entrance is considered its holder. No ID verification against the ticket name will be required.
Two-day ticket holders will receive a festival wristband upon first entry. The wristband:
● Must be worn at all times
● Must not be removed, cut, or tampered with
● Re-entry will not be allowed if the wristband is missing or damaged

The first 1000 tickets are offered at promotional Early Bird prices:
● One-day ticket: 50.62 €/ 99 BGN
● Two-day pass: 76.69 € / 150 BGN

● One-day ticket (regular price): 88 €
● Two-day pass (promo category): 110 € (Limited quantity of 500 tickets ONLY)
● Two-day pass (regular price): 120 €

● Children under 10 years of age may enter free of charge, but only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Entry is allowed only with a completed declaration form.
● Parents/guardians bear full responsibility for the safety and supervision of children during the festival. Please bring a copy or photo of the child’s birth certificate for age verification.
● Persons under 18 years of age will be admitted only with a signed declaration, completed by a parent or accompanying adult. By signing the declaration, the responsible adult confirms awareness and approval of the minor’s attendance.
● All minors must carry a valid ID document and present it upon request by festival staff or security.
● Declarations must be completed and presented at the entrance for admission.
● Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who assumes full responsibility for their safety and behavior. One adult may accompany multiple minors but must provide a separate declaration for each.
● Alcohol consumption by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. Any minor attempting to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol will be removed from the festival area.
● Festival staff and security reserve the right to deny access or remove any minor who fails to comply with these rules.
● These measures aim to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all attendees.
● Tickets may be purchased at the main entrance of Arena Sofia.
Prices range between €60 and €100 for one-day and two-day access.
Both cash and card payments are accepted.
● Upon first entry, all two-day ticket holders must check in at the entrance to receive their festival wristband.
● The wristband serves as your access pass for the duration of the festival.
Once applied, it must not be removed, transferred, or given to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in removal from the festival and denial of re-entry.
● Please wear your wristband securely on your wrist at all times until the festival ends.
● If the wristband is not on your wrist, entry will be denied.
● Failure to comply with these rules may result in denied access or removal from the festival area.
● All attendees are subject to security checks before entering the festival area. This includes bag inspections, metal detectors, and, if necessary, physical checks. Refusal to cooperate will result in denied access.
● Persons who appear intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving inappropriately will not be admitted. Festival staff and security reserve the right to deny access or remove anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.
● Aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated, including physical aggression, verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation.
Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately.
● Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior — including unwanted physical contact, stalking, or verbal abuse — will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness such behavior, report it immediately to festival staff or security.
● Access to restricted areas, including stages and technical zones, is prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately.
● Attempts to bring prohibited items (weapons, drugs, fireworks, etc.) will result in immediate removal and possible legal consequences.
● Security staff are present to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
Please respect their instructions and cooperate when required.
● We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.
● Professional recording equipment of any kind (including GoPro)

– Reusable cups are allowed if made of plastic (no glass)
– All bar and food payments are cashless
● Pets and dogs (except certified assistance animals with valid documentation)

● Musical instruments, noise devices, megaphones (unless part of official program)
● Lasers, fireworks, flares, explosives
● Umbrellas, tents, or large objects obstructing visibility
– In case of rain, please use raincoats
● Large bags or backpacks
● Distribution of promotional materials or merchandise without prior approval
To ensure comfort and safety during summer conditions:
● One (1) 0.5L bottle of water without cap (Caps will be removed at the entrance for security reasons)
● Small bags up to 40×20×20 cm (subject to inspection)
● Raincoats / windbreakers
● Earplugs
● Personal items not listed as prohibited
SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended.
● We strongly advise all visitors to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
● Do not leave bags, phones, wallets, or valuables unattended in public areas. Festival staff and security cannot monitor personal items.
● If you lose an item, please contact a festival staff member as soon as possible. Found items will be stored for a limited period after the event.
● All suspicious or abandoned items must be reported immediately to security or festival staff.
● By entering the festival, you acknowledge responsibility for your personal belongings.
Please respect nature — dispose of waste responsibly and use designated recycling areas.
